• It is of course always possible that your purchase does not fully meet your expectations. You can therefore return your order (with the exception of personalized labels) within 14 days of receipt.

  • The costs for return shipping are at your own expense. It is important that the products are returned in their original condition and properly packaged.

How can I return an order?

  • Send an email to hello@osoehome.nl with the following information:

    • Order number
    • First name + last name
    • Email address
    • Products you want to return


    Send your return via a parcel point to the address below. You can choose which carrier you want to send the package with:

    Always state your name and, if necessary, the order number on the box or on a piece of paper in the box.
    Keep your proof of shipment safe until you have received a confirmation of receipt from us by email.

Refund

  • As soon as we have received your return, you will receive a confirmation email and the purchase amount will be refunded within 3 to 5 working days.
    The amount of your return will be refunded in the same way you paid for your order.
