1. Are your labels waterproof?

At the moment, only the white labels are water and oil resistant. You can remove these labels with a cloth or rinse with water. The beige kraft labels are not water and oil resistant. We are busy improving the quality of the labels and hope that all labels will be water and oil proof by mid-2024!

2. Can I change a label if I order a standard set?

Unfortunately, this is not possible, because all standard sets are pre-printed. It is possible to order personalized labels.

3. How can I personalize labels?

You can order personalized labels here. Choose the color, quantity, size and font. Then indicate in the comments field in the shopping cart which names you would like to have on the labels. It is not possible to adjust the text at the bottom 'Osoe Home'.

4. What size labels can I order?

We recommend 5 x 5 cm labels for spice jars. The 7 x 6 cm labels will be too large for these jars. For the small storage jars and small dispensers, 5 x 5 cm will fit best, but the 5 x 5 cm labels actually fit every product in our range. The 7 x 6 cm labels only fit medium, large and extra large storage jars and medium dispensers.

Product range

1. When will products be back in stock?

We try to stay in stock as much as possible with our basic range (spice jars, storage jars, dispensers and labels). We expect this to improve from mid-2024, so that products no longer sell out and you can continue to order.

2. How does pre-ordering work?

If a product becomes sold out, it is possible to place a pre-order approximately 4 to 6 weeks before delivery. When you order a pre-order item, this will be visible on the product page and in the check out. It also states when you can expect delivery. You pay for the order and as soon as the items are back in stock, they will be sent directly to you.

3. Are products being discontinued?

Items from our basic collection (spice jars, storage jars, dispensers and labels) will in principle not be removed from the range, because we want to make it possible for you to reorder at any time. We find this especially important for spice jars and storage jars, because it can always happen that you have forgotten a jar or one has broken and the last thing you want is for your collection to no longer be complete!

Accessories can be changed and taken out. the collection or products that no longer meet the quality requirements.

4. What size storage jars do I need?

This really depends on how big your pantry is and how much of each product you want to keep in stock. The product page lists the dimensions and contents of each storage jar, so that you can estimate which size is best to order. Start by measuring your cupboard or drawer and see which products you would like to store in storage jars. Then look at the contents of a standard package of rice or flour, for example, and make a list of the sizes you think you need. We recommend always ordering a mix of sizes. For example, the packaging of nuts, seeds and kernels is smaller than pasta or rice.

5. How many spice jars and storage jars do I need?

This depends on how big your pantry is and how many products you want to store in jars. Start by determining which products you would like to store in storage jars and make a list of them. Add up the number and make sure you always order a few extra jars. We know from experience that you always forget something! On average, people order between 15-20 spice jars and 20 storage jars. Then see if all the product names you wrote down are in a standard set of labels or if you want labels.

Delivery

1. In how many days will I receive my order?

Packages are sent 3 times during the week, so you will usually receive your order within 2-3 days in the Netherlands and Belgium (depending on PostNL). Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday. You can expect orders to other countries in Europe to be delivered within 5 days. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code by email.

3. Which countries do you ship to?

We currently only send packages within Europe. In the future we obviously want to be able to deliver worldwide!

4. My order was not delivered, what should I do?

Unfortunately, it occasionally happens that PostNL indicates that your order has been delivered when this is not the case. Especially with letterbox packages. Fortunately, we see that the order is often still offered within 2-3 days. Our advice is therefore to wait about 3 days and if the package has not arrived after that, please let us know via hello@osoehome.nl

5. I have received an incorrect order, what now?

First of all, our apologies for this! Send an email to hello@osoehome.nl and indicate which products you received incorrectly. We will then resolve it with you as quickly as possible.
